best crepe recipeI highly recommend you use a thick bottomed non-stick 1o inch cooking pan for this recipe. The crepes are light and fluffy, this is a quick recipe you will try again and again and again.

Ingredients to make the Best Crepe Recipe Ever:

3 large eggs

1/4 c water

1/4 c milk

1 1/2 tsp sugar

pich salt

1/2 cup flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

2 tbsp melted butter

-Slightyly beat eggs

Directions to make the Best Crepe Recipe Ever:
-Add milk, water, sugar and salt

-Combine flour and baking powder and sift into egg mixture

-Add 2 tbsp melted butter

-Let stand 1 hour (dunno why)

-10″ skillit medium heat

-Brush skillit with un petit peu butter

-Pour on aprox. 1/2 cup batter

-Spread out nice, thin and even with a broad spatula

-Cover skillet with a large untill crepe cooks through

-Do not try to flip it!

-When cooked through, drop what ever goodies into the middle of the crepe (still
in the pan) and fold however you like.

That amount of batter only makes about 3 crepes.
